Refund and return policy

Limited editions and custom prints

Sales are final. No refunds or exchanges are offered after production has begun. However, if a cancellation is requested within 24 hours of purchase and before the start of production, a request may be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

Damage in transit

If a work arrives damaged, the following conditions apply:

  • The customer must contact us within 48 hours of receiving the work.
  • Photographs of the packaging and the artwork must be supplied to support the claim.
  • The work will be replaced free of charge if the damage is confirmed after verification.

Quality and satisfaction

FannyB pays particular attention to the print quality and fidelity of the works produced.
In the event of a manufacturing problem or production defect, we undertake to assess each situation carefully to ensure the collector's satisfaction.

Color variations

On-screen colors may vary slightly depending on the equipment used and monitor calibration. Slight variations between the digital display and the printed work are normal and do not constitute grounds for reimbursement.

Production and delivery times may vary according to the format, finish and destination of the order.

Production lead times

FannyB works are produced to order. Production times may vary according to format, finish and time of year. As an indication, a production lead time of 4 to 6 weeks may be required before shipment.
Delivery times are approximate and may vary according to suppliers, carriers or any situation beyond the control of FannyB Photographe.

Customs responsibilities and international orders

For orders shipped outside Canada, customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees or other local charges may apply. These charges are at the customer's expense and are not included in the selling price or delivery charges, unless otherwise indicated.
FannyB Photographe is not responsible for delays caused by customs or import procedures in the country of destination.

Legal jurisdiction

This policy is governed by the laws applicable in the province of Quebec, Canada. Any dispute relating to a purchase made on the FannyB Photographe site shall be submitted to the competent courts of Quebec.
